Family Room
The family room consists of 1 kingsize bed and 2 singles.
***Please Note***
Although it is called a Family room, regrettably it is not suitable for very young children, due to the fact that the window is very low and a small child could climb out. Although the window itself would be quite hard for a small child to open, we have put additional locks at the top of the window, but our main concern is that if the window was left open and the child was left unattended.
Also we do not have cot or high chair facilities.

Terms and Conditions
Arrival and Departure time
Check-in time for arrivals is from 4.00pm and time of departure is 11.00am. This is only a guide, we would gladly welcome you anytime, if you could just let us know your estimated time of arrival that would be great, and we will do our best to accomodate, also with your day of departure, if your room is required for another guest later that day then we will need to get this room ready, so vacation around 11.00 is still required but you are quite welcome to use our facilities until you are ready to depart.
Payment
We accept balance payment on site in Cash/Cheque (Euro) only - unfortunately we do not have credit card facilities at the moment and are unable to accept other currencies.
Cancellation
Please advise us of any cancellations as soon as possible, if we have not been told of a cancellation then you will be asked to pay the amount in full.
Damages, Breakages and Loss
The person making the reservation is liable for any damage to property, breakages (other than normal wear and tear), loss of keys etc. by members of their party.

We cannot be held responsible for the personal safety and security of guests or their luggage and personal belongings whilst on our premises or using items supplied by ourselves. You remain responsible for your own personal safety at all times.
